Case #006
“Connect your account and crypto mining pays you recurring passive income.”
OPENConfidence: HIGH
On 20 July 2026 the SEC [filed a civil complaint](https://www.sec.gov/files/litigation/complaints/2026/comp26590.pdf) against Zan Shaikh and Bright Vision Distribution LLC, doing business as Mining Automatic, alleging they raised approximately $22 million from more than 380 investors on a promise of guaranteed monthly returns, and spent only about 13% of it on actual mining costs. Every factual claim in this autopsy comes from that complaint and its accompanying [litigation release](https://www.sec.gov/enforcement-litigation/litigation-releases/lr-26590). A complaint is a one-sided pleading. Nothing in it has been proven at trial.
